The Briarcliff Manor MADE my wedding! My guests came back saying it was the best wedding they'd been to and I highly doubt it would have been that way without their incredible staff, beautiful venue, and great food! I also notably had a few crises throughout the day (by no fault of theirs or any of my other vendors) and they handled these issues with care and grace and made it so that none of my guests recognized an issue. Particularly big shout out to Kelsey, who was extremely transparent and helped us with everything big or small throughout the planning process (also a huge help on the day of); Perry, the owner, who helped with many of the bigger things along the way as well and was lovely on the day of; and Jen, the bridal attendant, who I only met for the first time on the day of, but truly proved to be my savior when things went wrong! Also highly recommend hiring Vincenza to do decor as our chuppah was even better than I imagined it being. Overall, I am absolutely thrilled with Briarcliff and would highly recommend them as a venue. They made a day that could have been really difficult into a dream come true and I could not imagine getting married anywhere else!

PAUL WAS ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE OUR SPECIAL REQUESTS AND PICKY GUESTS, AND WHEN WE WERE A FEW PEOPLE SHORT ON OUR GUEST COUNT THEY WERE ABLE TO MAKE UPGRADES SO WE WEREN’T JUST WASTING MONEY. SERVICE WAS SEAMLESS AND WE LOVED THE DUET STYLE MAINS. IT ALLEVIATED STRESS NOT HAVING TO ASK EVERYONE WHAT THEY WANTED TO EAT. PAUL MADE SURE OUR SPECIAL DAY WAS PERFECT. HE WAS AROUND ALL DAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT AND HE HANDLED ALL THE VENDORS AS THEY ARRIVED AND WE WERE ABLE TO RELAX AND ENJOY THE WEDDING! We didn’t need a planner. The bridal attendant was not as good as I’d hoped but my friends and family stepped in to help where needed. Aside from that everything went perfectly.

On the day of, the staff, especially Maria & Tomas, made the day go by seamlessly despite the last-minute changes due to the weather. Maria even sewed my broken sleeve right before walking down the aisle, bustled my dress during cocktail hour, wore my bridal purse all night to keep all my personal belongings nearby, and even changed my shoes when it was time to dance. The guests were raving about how beautiful the venue was and the delicious food options from the cocktail hour to the Viennese display.
