Our philosophy hasn't changed over our 15 years here in Boise. We will not serve anything that we wouldn't serve to our family. We source locally first, designing menus around fresh, organic, sustainable ingredients whenever possible. We search high and low for crew members who are hard-working and share our love of great food and wine. We support local farmers, winemakers, entertainers, athletes, musicians and we make it a point to shop at local businesses. We keep current on food styles and beautiful presentation and oh yes, WE HAVE FUN!

“I needed a caterer for a rehearsal dinner in McCall & was coming up short until I talked to Jordan at 3 Girls. From the moment we got on the phone, my experience with them was top notch. Because I lived 5 hours from Boise & wasn’t able to have a tasting, they offered to make a tasting box for the bride & groom to pick up. If I went with them they promised to credit me for the cost. When my original plan for bar service fell through, they worked with my budget and made it happen seamlessly. The 3 servers who traveled to the venue for the event were professional & fun to work with. The food was stellar & all our guests were so pleased with their meal. I wish I lived in Boise if only to hire them again. Go with 3 Girls. You won’t regret it.”

The team was professional and attentive without being overbearing, and they handled everything so we could actually enjoy the event instead of worrying about details.
