Our philosophy hasn't changed over our 15 years here in Boise. We will not serve anything that we wouldn't serve to our family. We source locally first, designing menus around fresh, organic, sustainable ingredients whenever possible. We search high and low for crew members who are hard-working and share our love of great food and wine. We support local farmers, winemakers, entertainers, athletes, musicians and we make it a point to shop at local businesses. We keep current on food styles and beautiful presentation and oh yes, WE HAVE FUN!

We are innovative - we love to express our creativity in both menu design and presentation. We have tried-and-true menus to share with you, or we'll start from scratch, designing your menu based on your vision. We've done absolutely everything, from recreating special dishes at client's requests and we've also used our client's "Aunt Martha's secret recipe" when menu designing. Remember, you should eat what you love...your special day is about YOU

3 girls catering was fantastic! They were so professional and the food was amazing. I have had multiple guest come to me during the event and afterwards telling me that the food was amazing and so unique. They were able to pivot when we needed to change the area where they would serve the food and even had other vendor recommendations when I needed them. I cannot recommend them enough!
