Hi, my name is Rylee White! I started Charcuterie By Ry as a way for me to share my love for fine foods and design with some of my favorite people, brides! I provide only the most high quality ingredients, working closely with local food vendors to make a custom, unique and memorable experience for the most important day in someone's life.

My goal in creating Sushi for Weddings was to continue building food experiences for people. I realized at a young age that food is such a central part of not only entertaining but in people getting together. Weddings are a celebration of love, companionship, trust, and everything else great in this world. My goal is to match your ambiance with a food experience for you and your guests.

It all began when Hal and Elaine Porter moved their family from the warm sunshine of Tucson, Arizona to be closer to family. They and their four daughters arrived in Utah on Christmas Eve in 1996. Elaine had grown up in Northern Utah and missed the beautiful mountains and seasons. To Elaine’s surprise, Hal had wanted to move to Utah years before, but the timing was not right. Both had spent time in Utah county and knew that this was going to be “home” to them. Hal, with his 47+ years of foodservice experience, and Elaine, with her 32+ years in the corporate world, began a new adventure and started a catering business in 2000.

With over fifteen years in the hospitality industry, owner Lindsay Ford has a love for elevated yet cost effective culinary experiences that will leave your guests in awe. We strive to create an experience you will never forget.

Learn to Sushi has been in business since 2016. We have 7 chefs in 5 states. Our goal is to create an event that you and your guests will remember for years to come... That also tastes delicious. Get the food the way you want: dropped off, made on the spot by our chefs - both self-serve and server options, or have sushi-making stations for your guests to make their own.
