The food was really good—everything was flavorful, well-presented, and came out on time. Our guests kept going back for seconds, which says a lot. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The team was professional and attentive without being overbearing, and they handled everything so we could actually enjoy the event instead of worrying about details. “Review from mother of the groom: I recently (Feb. 2024) used Catering Cart for a rehearsal dinner. Our experience throughout the process (planning to event) was great. Tara and I emailed many times during the planning stage and she always responded timely and answered MANY questions to get every detail just right. The night of the event went so smoothly. The staff (Amanda, Brandi, Daniel and Levi) showed up on time, were professional and kept us on schedule for the night. At one point we (myself and the staff) realized the flow of the night would go a little smoother if we made a few changes and they were happy to accommodate. Many guests commented on how good the food was (Mexican theme buffet). I do not live in the Chattanooga area but if I did, I would definitely use Catering Cart again!”

“We cannot say enough wonderful things about our caterer! From start to finish, the food was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our wedding day. The Southern comfort food was delicious, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. We received so many compliments from our guests throughout the night. Everything was served beautifully and tasted amazing. Our wedding cakes were phenomenal. We chose blueberry lemon and marble cake, and both were huge hits. The blueberry lemon cake was light, fresh, and full of flavor, while the marble cake was rich, moist, and absolutely delicious. We honestly couldn't have picked better flavors. The dessert bar was another crowd favorite, offering something for everyone. There was such a great variety of treats that guests kept going back for more. Despite everyone enjoying themselves, we still had plenty of leftovers, which was a wonderful surprise and allowed us to enjoy more after the wedding as well! Beyond the food itself, the team was professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with. They helped make our day stress-free and ensured everything ran smoothly.
