When you decide to celebrate your wedding with us, you will have a 823-acre property, 25 acre private lake, 20 miles of private hiking and biking trails, the athletic fields and all camp buildings exclusively available to you and your guests, you also have the beauty and majesty of the Adirondack Park surrounding you. Located an hour north of Albany and just a 10 minute drive from either the south or north exit on I-87 we are perfectly located for your guests to find but also hidden away at the end of a private road, giving you a secluded, private experience. Plus you have the opportunity to design how you will spend your time on the property.

The Summit Lodge is an exclusive resort. We will only host one wedding per weekend. The entire property is yours for up to 4 days and 3 nights! We can host 50 to 200 people for your ceremony and reception, and can house up to 136 in our cozy lodge. We have 10 acres of beautifully manicured grounds with tons of charm and character inside and out. Outside there are 2 beautiful saltwater pools, fire pit, life-size chess/checkers, horseshoes, corn-hole, shuffleboard, and an oversized chef’s grill that’s perfect for welcome parties and poolside barbecues. Inside we have O’Dwyer’s Poolside Bar, perfect for cocktail hour, welcome parties, and outside dining, and O’Dwyer’s Pub. Which is the ideal spot for rehearsal dinners and after parties. We boast a 15-person saltwater hot tub, billiards, darts, and a photo booth. Our live Gazebo cam can stream your ceremony in real time with sound for those who are unable to be with you on your special day.

You and your guests deserve an authentic Vermont experience and you will begin that experience by walking through The Lincoln Family Home to your wedding ceremony in our historic formal garden. From high on a promontory, you look out to the Taconic Mountains to the west and the Green Mountains to the east, with stunning views of rolling fields and the famed Battenkill River Valley 300 feet below. Your guests will be treated to beautifully prepared fresh local food. Some ingredients will even have been grown at Hildene Farm. And, by having your wedding at Hildene you gain the added satisfaction of helping to support one of America’s great cultural heritage sites. The home and estate are now owned by the non-profit Friends of Hildene.

Juniper Springs Wedding Barn offers a 3,920 square foot timber frame event space and barn wedding venue.
