“Frank was awesome. From the start, we really enjoyed working with him. He was professional and to the point, yet still personable and fun. He was really organized and his website helped us get ourselves and our day organized, especially his timeline template. He was happy to take all of our requests (we had a few playlists put together) and took requests from our guests. He was extremely attentive during cocktail hour and dinner and checked in multiple times to make sure everybody understood the timeline and was ready for cake cutting, speeches, etc. And not just with us, but with our involved family and friends, too. “The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

Trained at Dubspot School of Electronic Music in New York City, Davis Mallory's DJ style is influenced by his childhood in Atlanta, Georgia, time exploring the music scenes of Chicago, Europe and New York, Los Angeles and Music City: Nashville, Tennessee. Davis has performed at countless weddings, nightclubs and fundraisers with some career highlights including: the Denver Nuggets Halftime Show, opening for Eurovision winner Netta in Stockholm, Country Music Fest 2014, Amsterdam's Club NYX and MadFox, the Anheuser-Busch Awards opening for James Corden and KC & the Sunshine Band, and Vanderbilt Homecoming playing with Aaron Carter.
