My name is Saleshia Staton and Splash by Sas and I originated out of North Carolina. Started as something small with helping out with events here and there and I wanted to perfect my craft. Dawn was raised right here on the coast of North Carolina. Seafood is her passion and she knows her way around the kitchen. She and her staff are perfect for making your event in the Outer Banks special. Since she was very young, Dawn has been working in and around the kitchen. She became confident bussing tables, serving food, and holding every position in the restaurant. In her twenties she was a chef, and a managing owner of a seafood restaurant. Later, she opened a fine dining restaurant on the inner coastal waterway with her husband. After, she moved to the Outer Banks of N.C. where she started her catering business.
