Fresno Fields by Wedgewood Weddings

5.0

Fresno, CA
  • Up to 400 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $5,165

A haven in Central California, this classic and picturesque wedding venue boasts a beautifully manicured garden area, a stunning shaded terrace ceremony space, and an abundance of photo opportunities so you can show off the California weather! Enjoy a serene ceremony among lush greens, a wrought-iron backdrop, and stone fixtures that give this space a laidback vibe. After exchanging your vows, celebrate in the adjacent grand ballroom, and relax with your friends and family at this modern sanctuary.

My husband and I decided to have a short engagement so finding this venue was a heaven send. They pretty much have a vendor for everything minus a photographer. We decided to go with another cake vendor but that was based off preference. Going with an all inclusive venue made planning a wedding in less than 4 months a breeze. The food was amazing and all the staff we worked with was very personable, helpful and professional. They were very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns and our wedding day went beautifully. Highly recommend!

The Grand on 10th is located on the 10th floor and has a capacity of up to 300 guests and has access to the veranda that overlooks downtown Fresno. The Grand was such a great experience. We got married on the 10th floor and the building makes you feel like you’re in different city! Very clean, very kind staff, the venue coordinator Alma is very accommodating and helpful. The facility is huge and has a full kitchen, bathrooms, terrace access, a gorgeous stage with draping at an additional price, tables & chairs, stunning ornate venue. My husband and I got married on April 9, 2022 - We’re both from the Bay Area, but I was born and raised in Modesto, CA. I felt a deep desire to get married somewhere close to my roots/my family and really wanted to showcase some of Modesto’s charming aspects to my outside guests and future in-laws. Choosing The Century was a no brainer - it was my first and only choice for a wedding venue. The venue is in the heart of downtown, in a beautiful historic building tucked away, and in walking distance from the DoubleTree hotel which was convenient to lodge traveling guests. The all inclusive service was another main selling point. This made my wedding planning as stress free as possible knowing all my vendors were a one stop shop and were in coordination of one another. Just showing up the day off with no worries or concerns was a real blessing! Big shoutout to our wedding coordinator Tatiana Lopez!!! She really is a professional and was a pleasure to work with. Multiple guests kept complimenting us on how smooth everything went the day of, and the wedding party was very pleased with their experience/interactions/directions with her as well. The Century and their vendors really took our vision and brought it to life. I wouldn’t change a thing regarding how it all turned out which is why I recommend 10/10 booking with The Century for your big day! Book with them! You won’t regret it :)

Sydalyn Hill

5.0

Felton, CA
  • Up to 150 guests
  • Raw space
  • Outdoor
  • Starts at $15,000

Welcome. Sydalyn Hill is a new, exclusive family-run farm and venue that hosts a limited number of weddings a year between May and September. Perched on a sunny hilltop off Highway 9 across from the Garden of Eden and surrounded by Henry Cowell State Park, this hidden treasure has an expansive view of the San Lorenzo Valley, providing a magical backdrop of rustic elegance for your special day!

Awarded Best of Zola
Sydalyn Hill, and its owners, Gwyn and Jon, are simply amazing. The venue itself is gorgeous and hidden in plain site. It's just a little bit off of Highway 9, but it feels like you've arrived in heaven when you get there. At the same time it is, paradoxically, expansive and yet completely intimate. I've dj'd there on a couple of occasions, and both times it felt like there was magic in there air. I know this is full of superlatives, but I can't say enough good things about this place. Gwyn and Jon are delightful and highly professional. They make sure everything is in place and have a high attention to detail. Both are extremely nice and easy to work with. Anyone considering getting married in the Santa Cruz area owes it to themselves to have a look at this gem.

The Village, Big Sur was an absolute dream to work with, creating our "Night Before" celebration. I could not be happier with our evening and dinner! The staff was amazing both planning and executing our event which was held on the lawn and in "the barn", a truly gorgeous, serene setting. Attention to detail was evident, personal and thoughtful. The evening began with a "welcome" signature cocktail, champagne, and a beautiful canape' station. Dinner followed with a land and sea inspired menu. Absolute perfection! Thank you Catherine, Chef Tim, and Matt for making our special night unforgettable.

Carmel Fields by Wedgewood Weddings

5.0

Carmel-by-the-sea, CA
  • Up to 270 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $9,040

Nestled along the dramatic cliffs and gorgeous white-sand beaches of the Central California Coast, Carmel Fields by Wedgewood Weddings boasts exceptional views across Monterey County. Choose from either the garden ceremony site set alongside Palo Corona Regional Park - an area of outstanding natural beauty - or head down to nearby Monastery Beach for a toes-in-the-sand beach wedding ceremony. Then, settle into your choice of elegant reception rooms, where the modern chandeliers and bistro lights provide a romantic glow guaranteed to make everyone feel the love.

The team at Carmel Fields was amazing going above and beyond what we expected. My partner and I felt comfortable and in control of the entire process. The team was extremely organized and helped answer any possible questions we had along the way. The beach ceremony was stunning, combined with the preferred floral vendor, delivering a spring-themed, colorful wedding. The venue was equally as gorgeous and the Carmel Fields team did an incredible job decorating, going above and beyond what we even asked for/anticipated. We received so many comments from our guests on the setting, decor, venue, and food. Some said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to and we would agree. Thanks, WW Carmel Fields team for an incredible wedding day!

Paicines Ranch

5.0

Paicines, CA
  • Up to 250 guests
  • Limited services
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $7,800

With its panoramic views, sweeping lawns, and historic buildings, the Paicines Ranch is the perfect location to begin your happily ever after! The ranch has a peaceful and magical feel that helps our couples feel relaxed and really take in the moments of their special day! With our 27 rooms in the event center, you can spend the whole weekend with family and friends and truly make your wedding a weekend to remember!

I got married here recently and it was beautiful! It is very convenient having rooms on site to accomodate so many guests. You have to cater through the venue but their food is amazing. They use their own grass fed meats and were great about what food and drinks we wanted. While the venue does come with a few things like tables and chairs, you do have to pay to rent other items from them and a lot of the decoration will be DIY, but this can be a good thing if you want to personalize a lot of things! Owners are not too strict about things and are flexible. This can go both ways though - sometimes the planning was a bit difficult due to lack of communication with the venue. It would take a while to get answers, or they would forget some things I told them. Definitely recommend getting a day of planner to help since this is a large venue with lots of DIY and family around usually. Other than that though, everything turned out beautiful and guests were very happy with the views and rooms. They are reasonably priced and we were able to stay up late too! Perfect day :)

Meghan was awesome! The whole team at Convict Lake was honestly super awesome… I don’t even know where to begin. Everyone working the wedding was super nice and helpful- if you asked for anything they were on it. Meghan was great for helping me to get the schedule made and then coordinate it before and during with the other vendors. And the food! We had so many guests come and tell us how good food is. And the location is just totally awesome too. Our friends and family loved being able to stay in the cabins near each other. I honestly can’t recommend this venue enough.

Our wedding company, Weddings in Monterey, has been a part of weddings as an officiant and photographer for the past twelve years. The Monterey Plaza is one of those venues that makes you feel very comfortable from the moment you start working with them. As a vendor, we are greeted, introduced to the team/other vendors, and given clear direction. There is no shortage of staff and ceremony areas are set up well in advance (no last-minute setting up of chairs/staging/sound system). They have always been true professionals and that is very helpful on a day that can be somewhat stressful.
