“Originally we didn't want a videographer. We thought it'd be too expensive and wouldn't fit in with our budget. Well last minute (I think it was January and our wedding was in April) I decided a videographer was a must. So began the searching. A lot of videographers are really expensive (5000-10000 depending on the package you select) and do not give you all the raw footage in the less expensive packages or you only have them for a few hours. After much research, I found Matt. Not only is he funny and a pleasure to work with, our wedding highlight video speaks for itself. Check it out on YouTube. We selected his mid range package, he was at the wedding the entire day (almost 12 hours, excluding travel), and we received all of the raw footage as well. Matt was truly able to capture all the fun in our day and we had a great time working with him. He is extremely laid back and responsive and bonds with the couples he works with. Even my husband, who really did not think we needed a videographer, was excited to see the video after the wedding! Matt also meets up with you in person to hand deliver your raw footage, ceremony video, highlight video, etc to make sure everything works and plays properly. I am so happy I not only got a videographer, but that we chose Matt for the job! Best wedding planning decision ever. You won't be disappointed.”

We were hoping that our wedding video would have a documentary feel — capturing the beautiful natural location in New York’s Catskill mountains and the feeling of our group of people coming together to celebrate us. It was a laid back wedding and a really amazing group of loved ones and we wanted to see and hear things that wouldn’t be captured in photos and we wouldn’t be able to take in at the time. Trey helped craft a specific package to meet our request and speaking to him it was clear he understood what we were hoping for and built on that vision with his perspective. Wow! Trey delivered!! He brought in a second shooter, Brent, who was so helpful in capturing the day. Not only were they truly amazing people to be around (all of our friends and family were so comfortable and at ease with them), they were exceptionally professional and skilled. They kept us calm and collected in the midst of details and a tight wedding day schedule. Watching the videos was an emotional experience because Trey managed to capture the feeling of the wedding celebration perfectly and get candid and intimate interviews with our friends and family that touched us (and were new to us) months after the wedding. It was clear just how carefully Trey had listened to us in our meetings leading up to the wedding — he heard us and did an amazing job bringing our dreams to life. I really wish I had videos like this capturing other important times in my life. If you are considering whether to get a videographer for your special event or wedding, you absolutely should. If you are considering Treehouse Creative, I cannot recommend it highly enough as people and as professionals! Seriously!”
