Arch Street Meeting House is a historic wedding venue located in Old City Philadelphia. The land on which Arch Street Meeting House stands was officially deeded to the Quakers in 1701 and used as a burial ground until 1872. The building was constructed in stages from 1803 to 1811 when need arose of a larger meetinghouse in Philadelphia. The site is still an active place of worship in addition to being used as an educational museum space, and was designated a National Historic Landmark in 2011. It is frequently rented for conferences, weddings, dinners, and graduations. The building sits on just shy of 2 acres, and our grounds include both grassy & brick spaces and lots of mature trees. The entire site exudes an overall historic charm.

The Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts boasts two unique event spaces: The Historic Landmark Building houses the oldest art school and museum in the Country with world-renowned architecture by Furness & Hewitt. Featuring classic Victorian Gothic details, the ambiance of this memorable space offers unique entertaining locations for intimate and large groups. The Hamilton Building is an expansive turn-of the century car showroom that has found new life, reinvented as a modern gallery space with views of downtown and direct proximity to the Pennsylvania Convention Center. An Architectural Dream Wedding. With seating for up to 300 guests, this castle/museum and outdoor garden oasis will surpass your royal dreams! Outdoor ceremony area, gorgeous clear-top tent, indoor cocktail area, and more! Built between 1908 and 1912, Fonthill was the home of Henry Chapman Mercer. Archaeologist, anthropologist, ceramist, scholar and antiquarian, Mercer built Fonthill both as his home and as a showplace for his collection of tiles and prints. The first of three Mercer buildings in Doylestown, Fonthill served as a showplace for Mercer’s famed Moravian tiles. Designed by Mercer, the building is an eclectic mix of Medieval, Gothic, and Byzantine architectural styles. Your guests will be amazed when they enter the tree-lined grounds and visit this amazing castle.

The National Museum of Industrial History in Bethlehem, Pa., is dedicated to preserving America’s rich industrial heritage. It is located in a 100-year-old former Bethlehem Steel facility on the largest private brownfield in America. The Museum is home to exciting exhibits, engaging programs and amazing history.

The Rubin Museum offers elegant spaces in the heart of Chelsea for your wedding. The Spiral Lobby is the perfect space for artful celebration! This architecturally stunning space with the Museum’s spiral staircase at its center features direct access to five floors of galleries above and rotating alcoves with artworks from the Museum’s permanent collection. The Colonnade is perfect for a large reception or seated dinner. With a highly sophisticated in-house lighting system, this space can be transformed to create a unique event atmosphere.
