We didn't have the best experience working with Artsquest. If you decide to go with this venue, ask to work with anyone but Lyn Cunningham and hire your own day-of coordinator because she was not helpful. During our planning process, our original coordinator Susan was fired and they brought in Lyn. We had made all of our selections for the menu and our logistics arrangements in the summer and fall of 2024 before she started, but it seems like none of those selections were recorded or actioned in any type of saved event file. When Lyn came onboard, it felt like we had to start from scratch and fight to get all of our original selections onto the menu at the agreed upon price. She consistently treated my questions and concerns as an inconvenience and her combative tone with us, our family and friends, and our vendors made everyone uncomfortable throughout the process. During the actual wedding, she set up, but then left at 7pm and didn't leave a firm timeline or direction for the remaining servers. They kept asking me when to serve food which was the last thing I had time to focus on during my wedding day. There were also changes to the menu that were made the day of that were not communicated with me. I was informed by my guests about the issues with service after the fact. For the price point we paid, I expected Artsquest and Levy Restaurants to be better organized. Other than the coordination difficulties, the venue itself is beautiful and unique. The Blast Furnace Room was the perfect size for our group of 150. The few bites of food that I had were delicious. We had our ceremony outside under the fire bridge which was gorgeous. Other than the scheduling difficulties, we had a great time.
