During the Faire season, more performers will be available, but in the off season we can still help you book entertainment. The Middleton venue is a brand new event venue that just finished building in September 2023. This cozy luxurious event center is also a historical replica of the Stewart and Wright drugstore that was once in old Katy! The Middleton venue is a cozy 1274 ft.² we do provide tables chairs for your event. Our Max occupancy is 85 people standing 65 seated. We have two wheelchair accessible bathrooms with baby changing stations in both and easy parking right next to the venue.

River Rendezview is a wedding venue nestled along the San Bernard River 60 miles south of Houston near Brazoria, Texas. Options abound to help make your day memorable including an 1800’s style Paddle Boat, River Grace Chapel, a 400-year-old oak tree, Party Barn and screened Patio/Deck overlooking the river. This venue can be your one-stop wedding shop; you bring the groom & dress and we can do the rest. Property includes a wedding chapel, restaurant, multiple reception areas plus a Bed & Breakfast. Facilities and Capacity This waterfront venue has a party barn that is ideal for a shabby chic wedding or country-style event, accommodating up to 400 people. There is also a large screened-in porch area adjacent to the river that allows for a unique outdoor patio wedding. It can be used as an extension of the party barn for cocktails and mingling, accommodating up to 250 guests.

La Finca TX is a beautiful five acre property with the ability to host all types of events. We are family owned, operated and would love the opportunity to have your most treasured moments on our property. have indoor and outdoor options for hosting events. With have lots of options for hosting your wedding at our property including a venue with large windows facing the pond, the patio with a firepit, waterside under our large pecan trees or anywhere on the lawn areas. Our current indoor venue can hold up to 90 guests but with so much land, we can host larger events with an open air concept. There are 3 beautiful teardrop chandeliers and wall dimmable lights which make the ballroom look very elegant and luxurious. This ballroom is fully set with the best professional lighting equipment, disco ball, spot lights, neon lights etc.; - Second floor ballroom can be used for smaller parties for 15-30 people. Or can be used as a Bride and Groom room. This ballroom is also having some extra disco lights; - We have an elevator; - 3 full restrooms: 2 downstairs near the main ballroom and 1 upstairs; - Very nice elegant lobby; - Both ballrooms are fully equipped with professional audio systems. Which can be also connected with the DJ Stations; - There is a second floor balcony with the main ballroom view; - Small built-in kitchen; - Private parking; - The building has 3 separate exit doors.
