The Cracker Factory is a renovated industrial factory in Geneva, New York. This 65,000 square foot factory houses The Cracker Factory, 3Stories non-for-profit, and Miles and May Furniture Works. The Cracker Factory building, built in the early 1900s, was first home to Geneva Forge, a cutlery manufacturer. In 2007, Miles and May Furniture Works moved their production to the first story and began renovations on the previously unoccupied building. Since 2010, the second-floor gallery space has been in use for art shows, concerts, and events.

Surrounded by 200 acres and overlooking a 15-acre lake, our property will be the perfect backdrop for your wedding ceremony and photos. The Cathedral Room is a former Gothic Church re-purposed for special events! It is the perfect venue for weddings, receptions, and large parties. For smaller gatherings, we suggest The Gathering Room a warm and welcoming space located at the same location

Oak Knolls Manor was built in 1906 and is a preserved Wells Barn in Western New York. We host only ONE event a weekend which allows our clients the opportunity to slow down, have time to set up, and enjoy family and friends. The rural location really creates a destination wedding feel. The venue features our silos with propane fire pits and outdoor furniture to relax and take in the views. The silos are also a great spot for a cigar bar. Equipped with two large decks on either side of the venue, one is covered and remains completely waterproof even when the weather doesn't cooperate. The other overlooks the Genesee Valley where there is plenty of open space to see for miles. We have tables and padded fruitwood chairs to accommodate up to 250 guests. Including 8 farm tables, 20 rectangular tables, and 10 rounds. We also have durable padded ceremony chairs and two wood stained arbors to choose from along with ceremony coordination services. All included with venue and ceremony costs.
