This is our sixth year as owners and caretakers of this wonderful old place on Mentor Avenue. It has been a pleasure to host and serve thousands of visitors in their celebrations at Candoren since 2019. You will feel refreshed by our sincere welcome, the gift of hospitality, and the unique, old-world charm present throughout this lovingly restored, spacious 1895 mansion.​ Every day is just a little more special when you are surrounded by crystal and china, antique linens and flatware, vintage fixtures and original floors. The Yellow House is a beautiful historic farmhouse built in 1857 that sits on 120 expansive acres of farmland. The house annually attracts thousands of visitors and wedding guests when our field of 1.2 million sunflowers blooms in August. Guests can utilize the interior of the farmhouse which seats up to 50, as well as the manicured grounds which seats up to 300 in one of our tents.

If you have ever dreamed of a wedding or special event amongst flowers and gardens, the White House is your perfect venue! Built in 1861, the White House offer rustic charm, 100 year old heritage gardens, and during August, a breathtaking field of 1.2 million sunflowers! The house even has its own "She-Shed" decorated with velvet furniture and a crystal chandelier.

The Norman D. Banquet Hall has a rich history of being part of our area’s special days and fun times. From its beginnings over 40 years ago as the Knights of Columbus Hall, meeting place and bingo hall. It has hosted numerous weddings, fundraisers, graduation parties, and birthday parties to mention a few. Three years ago, when thinking of selling the hall Robert Dille was approached by a decorator expressing an interest to buy a part of the hall.
