“As you’ll come to see with vendors, not all of them are very responsive, Barbora was always responsive no matter what time I texted her and had a question to ask her prior to the wedding. She’s punctual (something I care a lot about), she’s very organized (had a timeline and stuck to it) she is also very reliable so that made me comfortable. On the wedding day, she was a delight to be around. She worked so so hard. I literally got to a point where I had to remind her to go have her meal. She took what I thought were beautiful pictures. I wanted spontaneous and organic pictures and she captured just that. I am very awkward in front of the camera (and so is my husband), she helped direct us and made us comfortable. I also wanted pictures in front of the DC monuments, as you can imagine they’re crazy busy on the weekend but she managed to direct us along with the rest of our group and took some of the most beautiful photos (I thought). What I valued the most about Barbora is that it felt like she genuinely cared. It wasn’t a job that she had to go to, she really enjoyed what she was doing.”

Located at the Jersey Shore, where most photographers focus on sunny beach weddings, I was looking for something different. Our wedding took place in the fall, full of rich earth tones and a fun, edgy vibe that centered not just on romance, but on the presence of our children. It was important to us that the day felt authentic, emotional, and full of movement. And, just to make it more fun, ours was a Halloween wedding. We had a formal ceremony followed by a costume reception, and Eric embraced every bit of it. He didn’t just roll with our unique requests—he elevated them. He found the perfect location: a hidden gem that was edgy, raw, and exactly what I didn’t even know I was hoping for. She was taking photos to make my day memorable and focused on the details that I am so grateful she was able to capture. She photographed my family members too and made me feel beautiful on my day.
