I am a baker and cake artist from Columbus, Ohio. I had always dreamed of owning my own cake boutique since baking beside my mom as a little girl. That dream became reality in 2009 when Kennedy’s Kakes was established by me “The Cake Lady”. I have been baking for many years with the experience and recipes passed down from my mother and grandmother, the original cake ladies. The name Kennedy’s Kakes comes from my daughter, or should I say my cupcake, Kennedy.

Our goal is to create something unique for every couple that fits their desires! We have been in business for over 12 years and have provided countless cake, cupcakes, and dessert displays for our beloved customers.

Bakes By Lo was created in 2015 by combining a passion for baking and a love for art in a tiny apartment kitchen. In 2020, our storefront opened in Hilliard inside of Center Street Market. While decorated cookies are our bread & butter, we have the ability to create so much more, whether it be cake, cookies, or brownies.
