I've been in the industry since 2014 and the Harper is by far one of my favorite venues to work at! As a planner/coordinator myself, I've worked with several venues and none are as professional and accommodating to its guests as well as its vendors. I always know that everyone that comes through Harper's doors are in good hands from beginning to end. Service is always impeccable--making the wedding planning process and the day-of as seamless as can be! I do not know any vendor nor any couple that has been dissatisfied with the Harper and this speaks volumes to how they treat the people they serve. This venue came with the best team and I would 10000% recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless experience and beautiful wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the team was responsive, quick, and clear in their communication, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Kendra did our initial tour and did a great job laying everything out on the table so there wouldn’t be any surprises. We could not believe everything that was included and the value- but it truly is an all inclusive experience. Mary was great with communication and answered all of my questions (even the really silly ones). On the day of, the quality of their work was truly amazing - they executed my vision perfectly, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Tammy, Ellen, and Brian who were our incredible photo/video team, went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and ensure we had a fun, memorable experience. Last but certainly not least - Laura was our coordinator and she was absolutely EPIC. She played such a huge role throughout the process and relieved so much of my stress through multiple meetings and emails. She made sure everything was perfect the day of, kept me calm (which is not easy to do) and was an absolute gem. She is truly one of a kind and the absolute best - I could not have asked for a better coordinator. We are so grateful to the entire team for helping make our special day perfect (and EPIC) in every way. It truly was the dream team and a dream wedding - thank you epic events for everything!

The French Estate was the perfect setting for my wedding. I made it a bunch wedding with the beautiful back yard. Mimosas and bloody mary's with and omlette bar and waffles! I hired a great Jazzy band "San Lyon" The mood was right after it rained and the sun came out. I loved how the facility provided a lot of what we needed already, and I needed a last-minute day of coordinator and Edith stepped right into that role. Pria and Sean were very easy to work with, and this place has beautiful settings for photos. I was a very happy bride!

The Chapel of Orange was everything that I imagined. I visited a coupled more places, but the Chapel of Orange stayed in my heart. It was the right decision. The Chapel has a magical blend of classical charm and whimsical beauty that created the perfect atmosphere for our special day. Melissa was amazing throughout the planning process, and she, Cheryl, and the entire team worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the day unforgettable for us and our guests. I may not be planning another wedding, but if you’re looking for your dream venue, I highly recommend the Chapel of Orange. It truly is a place where my dream came true!

My husband Jeff and I had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at The Estate OC this October, and it was truly a dream come true. Finding a beautiful venue in Southern California that doesn’t require a high guest minimum is so difficult, but The Estate OC was everything we hoped for and more. If you’re looking for an intimate and romantic setting, this venue is perfect yet it can also comfortably accommodate larger parties. One of the best parts of The Estate OC is their all-inclusive packages, which make wedding planning so much easier. Ours included the DJ, catering, linens, bartenders, and a day-of coordinator. They offer different package tiers depending on your budget, plus a variety of affordable in-house add-ons (often much cheaper than hiring outside vendors). The food was delicious, they offer a wide variety of menu options, with your choice between plated service or buffet style. Everything we selected was beautifully prepared and received rave reviews from our guests. They also provide a beautiful chuppah (extra add on) option if you’d like your altar to have more visual impact. It added such a lovely touch to our ceremony and looked stunning in our photos. The photobooth was a hit with our guests! It came with fun props, and I loved that I could design my own custom photo template. The audio guestbook (a phone booth where guests leave voicemails) was another favorite. Listening to everyone’s messages afterward had us laughing and crying all over again. I even left a surprise voicemail for Jeff at the end of the night, which Mimi sent to us later. He had no idea until then… and yes, he cried. :) The only outside vendors we needed to book were our photographer, florist, and dance floor which makes total sense since those are so personal to your style and vision. Another huge plus: The Estate OC is BYOB. In my opinion, that’s a much better option than having a preset or cash bar. For a smaller wedding where you know your guests’ preferences, it’s a great way to save money. We spent about one-third of what most people typically pay for alcohol. Finally, I have to give special thanks to Mimi (Assistant Manager), Yanel (Consultant), and Sharon (Day-of Coordinator). They made everything run seamlessly from start to finish. Communication was quick, and they were so attentive throughout the planning process. On the day of our wedding, they checked in constantly and handled everything with care and precision. Whatever we needed, they were on it and thanks to them, our day was absolutely perfect.

Our experience with Orange Hill was amazing! We only had our reception there, and it turned out better than I could have imagined. The staff were all great and helpful. I definitely recommend having your reception here! It was so beautiful and honestly, for everything you get with the packages, it’s more affordable than a lot of venues we were looking at. We had 86 guests and chose the Elegance package in the Starlight room, and it came with the room, all of the food (4 passed around appetizers, salad, bread and butter, entree), an open bar for 2 hours, a custom cake, and a patio area. I would skip out on the upgrades like changing the chairs or linens. Save yourself some money there, because it’s still beautiful without those upgrades. The food was absolutely delicious! We did the steak and chicken, and it was super yummy. I was nervous after reading a few reviews online of the food not being as good as during the tasting because it’s being mass produced, but that wasn’t the case at all! The one thing not included anywhere in the info packets is that you have no other option than to valet park, so just know that your guests will either have to pay for that, or you can pay for everyone’s valet and it’s 10 per car. We ended up paying for everyone’s valet which was another 500 so just be prepared for that if you don’t want your guests to have to worry about paying. It was an amazing day!

From our first conversation with The Vintage Rose, we knew we'd found our venue. The team was responsive to every question and made themselves available whenever we needed them, which took so much stress out of the planning process. Our coordinator truly went above and beyond on the day of—when our florist didn't show up to move the centerpieces, she jumped in with the staff to handle it without us even knowing, so we could just focus on enjoying our day. The space itself is stunning and the pricing is amazing (especially with everything that is included!) which we really appreciated. Our families felt so welcomed by everyone there, the drinks never stopped, the DJ kept the dance floor full, and the food was delicious! We would absolutely book The Vintage Rose again in a heartbeat.

We looked all over OC for a place to have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception that was beautiful and aesthetically neutral. Irvine Marriott on Von Karmann exceeded our hopes and dreams. From the process they made simple and easy, to the mostly inclusive venue (you just need a few additional vendors), to our guests having affordable rooms on site to enhance the experience. We customized our day to fit our vision and the team (Niki, Michelle, Chef, Thomas, etc) was amazing at supporting us to have the perfect day! We enjoyed the beautiful venue, the delicious customized food, a large getting ready room fit for the Kardashian’s, the photo opportunities in some special spots (IYKYK), the cocktail reception, the service/coordination (finding a last minute sewing kit to fix a bridesmaid’s dress with reassuring smiles), the honeymoon suite… our wedding weekend was perfection (and our guests all agree)! If you are looking for a venue, RUN to the Irvine Marriott!
