If you are doing both your Ceremony and Reception, you have a total of 7 Hours of Event Time. Reception only is 6 hours of Event Time.

In the event of a group cancellation occurring from the date of contract signing to four (4) business days prior to the Event(s), liquidated damages in the amount of forty percent (40%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes. In the event of a group cancellation within three (3) business days of the Event(s), liquidated damages in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue and Total Meeting Room Rental will be due, plus applicable taxes.

Our property is located less than 1 mile away from John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California. We offer a complimentary shuttle service both to and from the airport. All you need to do is call the front desk and request a pickup/drop off.

Yes, however, it must be cuisine our Hotel Culinary Team cannot prepare. For example: Indian, Kosher, Vietnamese etc. Not sure if you catering is allowed? Ask your Catering Manager!
