At Zoom Wedding Studio, we understand that every celebration is uniquely personal, which is why we tailor our approach to reflect each couple’s story and vision. Founded in Miami, our company built its reputation by capturing weddings with creativity, passion, and attention to detail. After our founder relocated, Zoom Wedding Studio expanded and opened in Charlotte, bringing the same dedication and experience to a new community. Having captured hundreds of weddings, we continue creating timeless photography and cinematography that preserves every meaningful moment.

We believe your wedding experience should be intentional, seamlessly guided from start to finish, and most importantly, feel like you!     Outstanding!!

    Absolutely incredible! If I could give 10 stars I would… the entire team is outstanding. From start to finish they were my most reasonable, professional, and caring vendor. Turnaround time was on point and their efforts the night of was unmatched! Denis and Yana were a dynamic duo at our Key Largo wedding and I couldn’t be more grateful for them and the amazing work they did. I could cry being able to relive the best day over and over because of the Zoom team!

    Zoom Wedding Studio was a dream

    From start to finish, working with Zoom Wedding Studio was a dream. Our experience with them was that they were responsive (operationally we worked the most before and after the wedding with Helen and she was fantastic). Our photographers Mary and Joanne and videographer Denis were total professionals and guided us through the evening wonderfully, even though my husband and I are quite awkward in front of cameras. We loved how the photos turned out and our guests have been raving about them as well. We cannot wait to see the completed video! I wholeheartedly recommend Zoom Wedding Studio and appreciate their care in covering our wedding day.

Our goal is to provide a seamless, consistent experience from booking to your final gallery and films.
Yes. Zoom Wedding Studio is fully insured, and we understand that many venues require vendors to carry liability insurance before providing services on-site. We’re happy to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) directly to your venue if needed. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, professional experience so you can focus on enjoying your wedding day with complete peace of mind.
We take pride in our above industry average fast turnaround times, without compromising quality! You can expect to see your wedding films within 2-4 weeks, or 6-8 weeks maximum during peak times.
Yes. After the initial 50% retainer is paid to officially reserve your date, we’re happy to offer flexible payment arrangements for the remaining balance. We understand that wedding planning comes with many expenses, so we’re happy to split payments into smaller installments that fit your needs, as long as the remaining balance is paid in full at least 1 week prior to your wedding date. Our goal is to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.
If an emergency or unforeseen circumstance ever prevented us from filming your wedding, we always have a backup plan in place. We’ve built strong relationships with trusted professional videographers in the wedding industry and would secure a qualified replacement whose style and experience align closely with ours. We also have backup equipment and systems for every wedding day. Thankfully, this is something we’ve never had to do, but your wedding day is too important not to be fully prepared.
