From the second they showed up, they brought the best energy and made the whole day so much fun. They felt more like friends than vendors, and somehow captured every special moment without us ever feeling like a camera was in our face. When we watched our film, we were completely blown away. They captured the heart of our day and the essence of who we are as a couple. Their organic shooting style and editing are so beautiful and timeless—it honestly feels like we’re reliving our wedding every single time we watch it. We can’t recommend Sunbeat Films enough. They showed up to our North Carolina wedding with the kind of energy that made everyone (including my nervous self) relax instantly. Somehow they were everywhere and nowhere at the same time, and then handed us a film that actually tells our story, beginning to end. And the Super 8 footage? Absolute magic. Sun Beat Films (Britt & Miah) did a spectacular job with our wedding videography! Miah flew out from Hawaii and arrived right on time on our wedding day. He was extremely friendly, energetic, and dynamic, and immediately got to know all our other vendors. When the festivities started, he jumped into action and captured our special day naturally without much direct intervention outside of suggesting a few specific shots (that turned out great!). He also deployed his drone before and during the wedding to get particularly stunning footage that was used to augment our overall compilation video. He was also so effortlessly in sync with our photographer (Sonya Yruel) that all our guests assumed they were a long-standing team from the same company (they were not!). We recently received our compilation video, and it was breathtakingly awesome! The quality of all the shots and the editing was world class. We’ll be receiving the hard drive with all our raw footage soon and we can’t wait to start digging in! Overall, Sun Beat Films captured our wedding perfectly, and we can’t imagine having anyone else for the job!

We booked Sun Beat Films for our San Diego wedding in September 2025, and we are so glad we did. Initially, we were unsure if we even wanted a videographer, as many wedding videos we’d seen didn’t resonate with us or feel like our style. After days and days of searching, discovering Sun Beat Films completely changed our perspective and genuinely excited us about having our wedding captured on film. One thing that immediately stood out to us was their music selection. It perfectly complemented their films and felt modern, intentional, and fun. Choosing to have a videographer ended up being one of the best decisions we made, as video captures emotions and moments in a way photos simply can’t. Communication with Britt leading up to the wedding was seamless, and working with Brandon on the day was an absolute pleasure. He was truly a fly on the wall.. So easygoing and unobtrusive, which we especially appreciated since we don’t consider ourselves very natural in front of the camera.
