A wedding video captures what a photo can't: the bride and groom exchanging their vows, feeding cake to each other or the bridesmaids scrambling to catch the bouquet. We capture your entire ceremony, toasts, first dances, cake-cutting, bouquet/garter tosses, unexpected moments, and much more! Whether you have an upcoming birthday party, family reunion, or just about any other special event we can capture it for you as well.

We work with couple's budgets and offer different services to meet their needs. We're a small, family business which gives your wedding the attention it deserves. With over 20 years experience in video production.

Basic

4 hours

Description

Shot with six HD cameras. By shooting with multiple cameras we are able to capture the shots listed below and more, therefore allowing your finished video to cut back and forth between a variety of angles. Your wedding will also be shown in it’s entirety chronologically and documentary-style. We will capture your ceremony up to approximately 30 minutes in length. If service is longer due to extra rituals added additional fee may apply. Shot with at least four HD cameras.

Deluxe

Description

We’ll be there an hour and a half before the wedding to capture footage of the bride and groom’s parties preparing for their big event. This footage will be edited down with a musical soundtrack underneath it to depict the emotion of each moment during that time

We use Sony HD cameras, as well as 4K, all with low light capability, tripods, Tascam digital audio recorders and a Rhino brand slider. For weddings we use six cameras and a digital audio recorder as back-up in case any of our digital audio recorders fails. For receptions we use at least four cameras. The slider allows us to achieve smooth, movie-style shots, which we use for the first dances. For editing we use Davinci Resolve which is updated regularly.
As little as possible. We dress in such a manner to blend in with everyone else. Prior to the start of the wedding our cameras are mounted on tripods and we stay right in place throughout the entire ceremony until the bride and groom have exited.
We use some wide shots throughout the wedding and reception to capture the overall event. Greetings from your family and guests are also captured with their permission. If anyone doesn’t want to be on camera we respect their wishes.
Not at all! We remain unobtrusive as possible and capture the great moments as they happen, being very respectful of everyone.
Not just yet, but we're looking into getting one.
For all packages we arrive at least an hour before the time of your event. You will not be charged for this extra time. It's the time we need to properly set up all our equipment.
We’ve traveled over two hour’s driving distance from our office. If we are requested to travel beyond the free 50 mile distance from our office all we charge for is the extra gasoline. We have the right to deem how far we are willing to travel.
We don't. Instead, we use cameras with low light capability, thereby using the available natural light.
We will need half down retainer on your package at time of signing the contract. Retainer fee is half of the selected package price.
Absolutely! If you provide us with a hard drive we’ll be happy to give it to you when you receive the final videos from us. Or, we can add the cost of one into the contract when you sign with us.
You'll get DVDs and a flash drive. We can also provide a Google Drive link. Blu ray available as well.
