Pixel Perfect Wedding isn’t your typical videography service—we’re your digital wedding video coordinator. Instead of hiring a camera crew, your guests capture the magic on their phones, and we professionally edit the footage into a stunning, heartfelt wedding film.
What makes us different? Our custom Pixel Portal guides your guest filmmakers every step of the way with capture lists, tutorials, and upload tools. Want to level up your coverage? Our optional PixelKits include pre-set smartphones and accessories to ensure gorgeous footage with zero stress. We’re known for making videography personal, affordable, and genuinely fun—no awkward strangers, no giant camera rigs, just real memories filmed by the people who love you most. A Pixel is anyone you invite to help film your wedding using their smartphone! Think of them as your personal guest videographers—friends or family members you trust to capture meaningful moments throughout the day. We guide them with easy tutorials and filming tips to ensure your footage looks beautiful, then we edit it all into a cinematic wedding film you’ll love. We call them Pixels because, just like the tiny squares that come together to form a complete digital image, each guest captures a unique piece of your day. When combined, those pieces create the full picture—your wedding story.
Pixel Perfect Wedding is a unique wedding video service where your friends and family (your "Pixels") capture your wedding footage using smartphones or DSLRs. We provide expert guidance, editing, and professional finishing touches to turn your footage into a stunning wedding film at a fraction of the cost of traditional videography.
Traditional videographers charge $3,000–$10,000+ for wedding films. With Pixel Perfect Wedding, your loved ones capture the footage, and we professionally edit it, giving you a high-quality, emotional wedding film while keeping costs much lower.
Instead of a hired videographer, you’ll select 1–6 trusted friends or family members—your "Pixels"—to film your day using their smartphones or DSLRs. We recommend having at least 2 people selected to capture your day.
We provide written tutorials covering everything from shot composition and lighting to capturing key moments. Your Pixels will also be able to choose which parts of your day they’ll film—so they can divide and conquer without needing to capture everything. That way, they’re prepared and still free to enjoy the celebration with you!
Yes! You can add extra Pixels for an additional fee. You automatically receive 2 Pixel slots upon booking, but you can elect to add 4 more for a total of 6. More Pixels mean more angles and better coverage.
For most weddings, not necessarily. Two thoughtfully chosen Pixels (included in your base package) are more than enough to capture your story beautifully—especially for smaller or more intimate weddings. We only recommend adding more if you want extra coverage or want to share the filming load so no one feels tied to their phone all day.
Our initial package is $599 (not including tax), which includes: Professional Wedding Video highlight edit (2–3 minutes), Written tutorial materials for Pixel training, Access to the Pixel Portal, 2 Pixel slots Included, Licensed music, Upload & Review System. You can customize your package with optional add-ons to enhance your experience, which will adjust the total cost accordingly.
You can customize your wedding film with the following upgrades: Extra Pixel Slots – Bundle and save! You can add up to 4 extra Pixel slots, for a max of 6; Vertical Edit for Social Media – $250 (A 30–60 sec highlight reel for Instagram & TikTok); Rush Editing – $200 (1-week turnaround instead of 6 weeks); Pixelkits (iPhone 15 Pro Max) – Professional-grade guest iPhone filming kits.
Ideally smartphones (iPhone or Android) or DSLRs that are capable of capturing 1080p or 4k footage at 60fps.
Who you choose to capture your wedding matters. We recommend selecting friends or family with a creative eye and a feel for photos or video—that’s the perfect starting point. To guide them, we provide simple, easy-to-follow tutorials that walk them through how to get great footage. Pixel Perfect isn’t for everyone, so it’s important to choose Pixels who are excited and capable of filming your day with care.
We do our best to stabilize and enhance footage, but the final product depends on the quality of the clips provided. Choosing your Pixels wisely and following our filming guidelines will help ensure the best results.
Your Pixels will submit footage via our Pixel Portal. They upload the clips, and we’ll take it from there!
Standard turnaround time is 6 weeks. If you need it faster, our Rush Editing ($200 add-on) delivers your film in 1 week! Turnaround time begins once all footage is submitted by Pixels through the Pixel Portal.
Yes! After we share the initial edit, you will be able to give one round of minor revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra costs or delay your video's final delivery.
Our team selects royalty-free music for your wedding film to ensure proper licensing and a seamless editing process. While we don’t accept client song requests at this time, we thoughtfully choose modern, cinematic tracks that enhance the emotion and storytelling of your day.
A portion of your booking may be refundable depending on the circumstances. A 50% non-refundable fee is required to secure your date and covers resourcing. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the discretion of Pixel Perfect.
Payment must be received before we begin editing. If payment is not made, services will be delayed or forfeited.
If your wedding date changes, we're happy to accommodate a new schedule based on availability. Just reach out as soon as possible so we can adjust your booking and make sure everything stays on track. If your wedding is canceled entirely, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. A non-refundable $500 deposit is retained to cover initial planning and booking. We’ll do our best to work with you based on the circumstances.
