Lune Dune Pictures creates wedding films with the intention and discipline of cinema. Based in Washington DC, we capture celebrations local and abroad, with an emphasis on elegance, atmosphere, and emotion. Our experience spans Catholic, Christian, Jewish, and South Asian Indian ceremonies, each approached as a singular story. Shaped through light, movement, and carefully composed imagery the result is a film that feels intimate, nostalgic, and timeless.

    Derek from Lune Dune Pictures worked with us and was amazing from the moment we started. From the moment we began at noon he was here. Before noon he arrived early and took some shots as well. Drone as well! A lot more than what I expected. It was amazing, beautiful work. It really was. We enjoyed our time and he captured the most special moments that I know are going to live with us forever in the most marvelous way. I can't thank him enough. Thank you so much Derek!

    We were so grateful to have Derek as our videographer for our wedding day. The team was incredibly friendly and down-to-earth. It’s obvious he has a passion and a true eye for his art, as he was able to capture special moments throughout our day.
