    Book it!

    We had a wonderful day at the Z Ranch, and hospitality was top notch. They went above and beyond to be sure everything was just perfect and comfortable for us. The Venue is beautiful and tucked away so you have the whole place to yourself with no distractions!

    My fairy tale wedding

    I truly wish I could give a dozen stars to rate this amazing venue. Everything from the very moment I contacted Z Ranch was perfection. The communication was impeccable. I could not have asked for a better day. Z Ranch, far, exceeded my expectations for the happiest day of my life. I would recommend this venue if you want true beauty, organization, tranquility, and just a sense of peace and well-being with the organizers of Z ranch. We will definately be back for additional family gatherings. I cannot thank you enough for Making our day so truly special.

Yes, because we are an agritourism property we do require event insurance for your protection. We are happy to provide best price links for that.
Yes, we also provide a parking attendant.
Yes, you can bring your own beer and wine. If you serve liquor, you must have a licensed bartender.
Yes, we can make recommendations for you from our preferred vendor list, or you can use your own. You can also bring your own food.
Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.
Yes! We offer an elopement package of up to 10 people that includes a champagne or sparkling wine or cider toast.
We are located in New Smyrna Beach, one hour from Orlando International Airport and 30 minutes from Daytona International Airport

Yes
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
