Yes! We would be happy to give you a scheduled walk-through and answer any questions to help you make your decision to book. Once the space is booked our Event Team will be available for additional walk-throughs for you and your vendors. You may book your walk-through by clicking here or emailing our Venue Manager Erin.

We have a couple options. We renovated our Rustic restroom to combine the 3rd and 4th stall to make one large changing area complete with a full-length mirror, bench and rug. The Chandelier room can be transformed into a bridal suite for an additional cost. The package comes with vanity mirrors, full length mirrors and beautiful sofas + chairs. Please check with Erin for pricing.

We do! We provide white or black floor length linens for all tables we offer. We can also help you rent other colors to help complete your vision. Our in-house caterer. Macklin’s Catering Co. provides all china, flatware, napkins (white or black) and glassware with your menu selection.

Venue Forty|50 handles all set up and break down of tables, linens and chairs.

Your setup time starts at the time of your contracted rental time.

The Venue|Forty 50 Coordinator will work directly with you and your planner to make sure your vision is executed flawlessly the day/night of your event. They are responsible for all thing’s venue related (set up of tables, chairs, bars, food stations, etc.) as well as managing all of our staff. The Venue|Forty50 Coordinator will be present during your event to make sure everything is running smoothly, and you enjoy your night!
