Upscale Events is a boutique Phoenix wedding venue designed for intimate, design-driven celebrations of up to 80 guests, offering a refined and flexible setting for couples who value atmosphere and elevated detail. Our 2,400 square foot space features soaring 14-foot ceilings and glossy white epoxy floors that transform beautifully for romantic receptions, modern weddings, bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, engagement photo shoots, elopements, and other milestone celebrations. Unlike traditional ballrooms, we provide a pre-decorated venue with flexible vendor access, transparent pricing, and customizable packages that let you design an experience that reflects your style without unnecessary constraints. Our design team supports your ambiance and layout, helping you create a cohesive, customized experience from entrance to last dance.

    Perfect Venue for Networking Events!

    Upscale Events is a fantastic venue for networking gatherings. The 2,400 sq. ft. space is beautifully set with up lighting, draping, and cocktail tables that create an elegant yet inviting atmosphere. With two private suites and room for up to 50 guests, it’s the ideal size for mingling and building connections. The ballroom layout flows seamlessly, allowing space for open networking as well as more private conversations. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a polished and memorable event experience.

    Quite Impressive

    Upscale Events was such a delight! The space is beautifully designed with two private suites and a main area that comfortably seats 50 guests. It’s perfect for intimate weddings, showers, or private gatherings. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere—it’s clear the team goes above and beyond to make events special.


You’re welcome to bring your own alcohol! No additional venue fee is required. A licensed bartender is required to serve, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. We have a preferred vendor for a seamless experience.
Enjoy free and ample parking directly in front of the suite, with additional street parking available. Our lot has plenty of spaces to accommodate your guests comfortably.
Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $100 per hour.
Booking & Payment Policy: All booking fees and payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 45 days of your scheduled date, you will be billed the full amount of all estimated charges.
Event Insurance: Our venue is fully insured to protect our property and operations. However, we recommend that clients consider purchasing event insurance for their own peace of mind. This can cover unexpected cancellations, accidents, or incidents involving guests or vendors, ensuring you’re protected throughout your event.
