SCHLOSSMAN PAVILION offers a beautiful covered, open-air setting for wedding ceremonies and special events, surrounded by the natural beauty of Bluestem’s 38-acre grounds and within earshot of the Red River. The 60-by-60-foot Pavilion features a wood floor, permanent roof, clerestory windows, and electrical service. Exchange vows surrounded by nature before transitioning indoors to continue the celebration with your reception.

THE GALLERY & GARDEN CONCOURSE create a warm, inviting transition space connecting event rooms. The Gallery is ideal for cocktails, guest mingling, a bar, dessert or gift table, catering, vendor displays, or overflow dining. Flowing into the 80-foot Garden Concourse, guests are surrounded by a signature hand-cut stone curved wall lined with live plants and spectacular views of the grounds, with leather bench seating for socializing and photographs.

Bluestem’s 38-acre grounds offer a beautiful, park-like setting along the Red River, with plenty of natural beauty to complement your event. From outdoor ceremonies and photos to guest mingling and quiet moments surrounded by nature, the grounds provide a peaceful escape while still being conveniently located in Moorhead. Expansive lawns, mature trees, and unique architecture create countless opportunities to make the space your own.

STARION FINANCIAL ROOM is a bright, intimate 23-by-44-foot space featuring a hardwood floor and spectacular three-sided, floor-to-ceiling views of the park and riverbank tree line. Ideal for small to medium-sized gatherings, it also makes a wonderful intimate performance space and is often used as a bridal suite. Amenities include a ceiling-mounted projector and pull-down screen, sink, countertop, and cupboards.

NARRATOR’S ROOM is a cozy 16-by-23-foot space that serves as a comfortable private suite for wedding parties and is most often used as the groom’s suite. The hardwood floor and rustic character create a relaxed setting for getting ready and gathering before the celebration. The room also features a large flat-screen TV, sink, countertop, and cupboards for added convenience. Its flexible layout can accommodate a variety of small gatherings and event needs.

LUCILE’S STUDIO is a 30-by-50-foot, east-facing room designed especially for dance. It features a sprung wood dance floor with a Marley surface, an entire wall of mirrors, and portable ballet barres. The versatile space can also accommodate exercise classes such as yoga, Zumba, and Jazzercise, as well as large inflatable games for events such as Games Galore and Games to Go.

IMAGINE AMPHITHEATER is a one-of-a-kind outdoor venue nestled within Bluestem’s beautiful 38-acre park-like setting. Defined by four soaring 176-foot arches, the covered fan-shaped stage measures 87 feet wide and provides a spectacular backdrop for concerts, community performances, and large-scale events. Seating approximately 2,500–3,000 guests, the venue is handicap accessible. Please inquire for private rental rates and terms.

SCHEELS LIVING ROOM is a spacious, 12-sided room and the signature space of the venue, providing breathtaking panoramic views of the park. Features include four sets of French doors, 360-degree floor-to-ceiling window walls, and a two-story, vaulted ribbed wood ceiling spanning 55 feet. A newly installed floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace creates a stunning focal point and adds warmth and character to the space.
