The North Colt Room is a 550-square-foot private space designed for comfort and flexibility. With soft seating, a stylish vanity, and a relaxed atmosphere, it serves as a groom’s lounge, vendor prep area, or a cozy setting for bridal showers, small meetings, and intimate gatherings. The room comfortably accommodates up to 25 guests on its own, or can be opened and combined with the South Colt Room to host up to 50 guests, making it a versatile option for a variety of event needs at The 44.

    From the day they announced a new venue, to following it being built, to seeing the finished product I knew I wanted to get married there. Once we were engaged it was an easy decision. It is the most beautiful venue and still close to town! The terrace was a dream for the ceremony and the reception hall was spacious for all our loved ones! Everyone needs to add the dance floor to their reception!! Janna and her team were EXCEPTIONAL!! We can’t thank them enough for how amazing they made our special day!! Yes, the entire facility is ADA accessible with designated wheelchair areas in the outdoor ceremony space and flexible indoor arrangements. Assistive Listening Devices are available.
The 44 offers intimate gathering spaces (Colt North/South up to 25 guests, The Colt up to 50 guests, The Atrium up to 150 guests), larger gathering spaces (Legacy Hall up to 400 banquet or 550 concert style), and wedding packages. Rental packages include Express (3 hours), Half Day (6 hours), and Full Day (12 hours) options, with weddings receiving a 15-hour rental (9AM-12AM).
Legacy Hall seats 400 banquet style or 550 theatre/concert style. The Terrace seats 315 comfortably. Private rooms: Colt North or South up to 25 guests, The Colt (combined) up to 50 guests, The Atrium up to 150 guests sitting.
Your date is officially reserved once your rental agreement is signed and a $1,000 damage deposit has been submitted. The 44 does not offer date holds.
All packages include access to the entire building, tables and banquet chairs, linens, audio system with wireless microphone, projector with screens, Wi-Fi, dressing/breakout rooms, flexible layout options, use of indoor and outdoor space, fully staffed bar with no minimums, and day-of management. Weddings additionally include unlimited consultations, tables for gifts and cake, two bridal suites, and on-site venue management until 10 PM.
Yes, the entire facility is ADA accessible. The ceremony space outside has two designated wheelchair areas. The indoor ceremony space can be arranged to accommodate as many wheelchairs as needed. Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) with personal receivers and headphones are available.
Friday weddings may add Thursday access for an additional $500, which includes up to 5 hours for rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and setup. Saturday weddings may access the venue during business hours Friday for setup if no Friday wedding is booked, or Saturday morning if a Friday wedding is booked. Times outside standard setup access may be added for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Urban Foods Catering and Brew Catering are The 44's exclusive catering partners for full meal service. While all full meal service must be provided through these partners, you are welcome to bring in an alternative licensed vendor for non-meal items such as appetizers, desserts, or late-night food options.
No. Urban Foods Catering and Brew Catering both provide linen napkins, ceramic plates, and metal silverware for all guests during the main meal. If using an alternative licensed vendor for desserts, snacks, late night food, or pre-wedding bridal party food, you should plan to provide any serving ware or disposable items needed.
Yes, renters are welcome to bring in any food or non-alcoholic beverages of their choosing into the suites while getting ready or for lunch throughout the day. However, all alcohol must be provided by The 44 Venue. The 44 offers beverage packages such as Mimosa Bars and Bloody Mary/Caesar Bars.
All event packages include professional bar service and staffing with no bar minimums required. The 44 offers flexible options including hosted kegs, drink tickets, fully hosted bars, specialty cocktails, and cash bar service. Bar service can also be provided in the suites while getting ready or during the day.
