The Sage School offers a variety of community resources for rent. We can accommodate groups from 15 to 350 in spaces that include a beautiful timber-frame event barn, commercial kitchen, and the entire outdoor campus

Stunning timber frame, high ceilinged event barn.
The Sage School event barn is a beautiful rustic event space ideal for indoor dining and dancing for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, or farewell events. Larger weddings can combine a tent on the beautiful campus grounds and use the barn for a cocktail, music and dancing venue.

Stunning Venue
We hosted an event at the Sage School barn last year and enjoyed the experience so much that we are returning this year. The space is beautiful, featuring a timber-framed barn that offers a warm, rustic atmosphere while remaining modern and clean. Our group of approximately 100 guests fit comfortably around the venue's rustic farm tables. We also used the adjoining classroom for auction tables and buffet, which allowed us to keep the main barn area dedicated to dining. The barn features large windows with incredible views of Quigley Canyon. Additionally, the commercial kitchen is top-class and fully equipped for catering, including a convection oven and a walk-in fridge. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a unique, high-quality location in Hailey.
Amazing experience
The Sage School was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the team, especially Matt, was incredibly clear, honest, and upfront in their communication. They were friendly and helpful in guiding us through the entire rental process, providing us with many different options to choose from to create a unique experience. The venue itself was cozy, clean, and well-organized - a beautiful and affordable space that was conveniently located with plenty of parking for our guests. Everything went smoothly on our wedding day thanks to the Sage School's professionalism and attention to detail. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day.
