About this venue

The newly renovated Riverview Club is a special venue located in the St. Augustine Shores Community, 8 miles south of Historic Downtown St. Augustine. The Riverview Club is nestled among 14 acres of manicured lawns, wildflower gardens and parkland along the Intracoastal Waterway. The Riverview Club has proudly served both locals and those visiting since 1981 and boasts one of the largest rental spaces in St. Johns County. Our facility also provides plenty of outdoor activity space which includes a 500 ft. pier, soccer field and a children’s playground. Ballroom 5,520 sq. ft. Seating capacity: 250 people Mini Ballroom 1,440 sq. ft. Seating capacity: 50 people Multi Purpose Room 825 sq. ft. Description

This package includes 4 hour room rental, 4 hour set and take down, use of 1 space (Ballroom or Mini Ballroom), kitchen for caterers, gold Chiavari chairs, tables, and an Event Coordinator onsite.

Yes, we have plenty of parking for your guests
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Included in our rental fee is: table and chair set up and take down, rolling bars, garbage cans and extra trash bags, and the space for 2-8 hours (depends on which package you choose)
Your reservation includes 2-8 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes for you to set up and clean up.
Booking fees for our facilities (50%) are non-refundable. If you cancel your event prior to the 90 days of your booked date, we’ll refund all payments, excluding the 50% Reservation Deposit. If you cancel within the 90 days, all payments will be forfeited.
Our building is located about an hour from Jacksonville International Airport.
Yes, we require a limited liability policy of $1,000,000 for the time of the event. This can be purchased online and will run about $70-$120
