About this venue
The Hills of Avalon has been hosting weddings and events since 2008 and underwent a full remodel in 2020. Perched on a hilltop, the property naturally benefits from cross breezes and sunsets that make it a perfect year-round setting for any photo shoot, event, or celebration. Flexibility is at the heart of what we offer. Whether you prefer the elegance of a fully indoor event or want to take advantage of the outdoor patio areas, fire pits, and bar, there is something for everyone. The property also features nearby groves of trees and a twelve-acre private lake, perfect for outdoor gatherings with a little more room to breathe. Because Avalon is an unincorporated community in Ellis County, free from many of the restrictions of a big city, your event can be as distinctive and customized as you want, including helicopters, hot air balloons, drones, and fireworks.

Double doors open onto expansive outdoor stone patios, an outdoor bar, and a fire pit area, seamlessly bridging indoor comfort with natural outdoors. Dedicated private suites offer comfortable, full-day preparations on-site.
