About this venue

The Coachella Estate offers a breathtaking backdrop for any wedding or special event. The sprawling lawn, waterfall, and tranquil Koi pond offer stunning areas for your ceremony and reception. Each spot provides attractive photo opportunities. The 10-Bedroom home (2 night minimum rental required) offers lots a variety of overnight accommodations for guests staying on-site. Please note we do not offer packages - you'll be contracting with outside vendors to provide infrastructure and services - we do not have anything in-house. You are welcome to use any bona-fide and appropriately licensed vendor you like, and we can also provide a list of preferred vendors that are familiar with the property.

The Coachella Estate is the perfect setting for your wedding retreat. This incredible property features more than 2 acres of lush outdoor space including a gorgeous saltwater pool with hot tub, waterfall, fire features, and a large private pond with Koi. The mansion itself boasts 10 bedrooms with 7 full bathrooms spread throughout the 5,000+ square-foot residence.

In order to host a special event, we require a Location Fee(Room Cost) in addition to a Lodging Reservation (2 or 3 night minimum, based on timing and size of Event) for the home. Depending on headcount the Location Fee ranges from $950 to $13,000.

A gorgeous spot, the large lawn with natural grass is rare for the desert, well-landscaped grounds, and a gorgeous pond with waterfalls, koi, other fish, ducks, and tons of wildlife that make for amazing photos. Well-executed events.

Yes; but all liquor must be served by an insured, licensed bartender. Evidence of license must be provided 30 days prior to any event.

There is a twenty (20) car maximum allowed on the on Property. No boats, trailers, motor homes, buses, or other non-standard vehicles are allowed on the Property without prior approval of Management. Absolutely no vehicles may be parked on the grass and/or surrounding areas of the premises, including any public or private roads around the property. A "Transportation Plan", such as offsite parking with valet, shuttle, and/or hired cars must be in place.

Yes, there are no steps required to access the grounds.

No. A Lodging Reservation (for the Mansion) and an Event Location Fee for use of the estate's lawns, koi pond, and pool are required in order to host your special event on the property.
