Yes! The ballroom can seat up to 250 for ceremonies in multiple arrangements, Additionally, the outdoor Veranda is a beautiful option for seating up to 120. Couples love the option of having the ceremony on-site because it makes logistics easy-peasy for all.
There are no food and beverage minimums, which helps us work with your budget and vision!
We've partnered with Julia Holm, the owner and lead event producer of Great Day Events, to manage everything from tours to event days. With years of experience in the industry, Julia’s extensive background with planning and executing events in a variety of settings and styles is a real game changer. Julia will be a key factor in helping you execute your vision while keeping your event stress-free.

Yes, self-parking is free at the Charleston, as well as our overflow lot.
No, we do not allow outside alcohol. We work exclusively with Complete Beverage. They will work with you to customize a package that fits within your budget and needs. Cash or hosted bar options available.
Our peak season is May through October.
Our off-peak season is November through April.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrance, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff and security.
