    Very restful vibe

We had so much fun staying at Breck Boutique Hotel. The location is perfect for hiking, skiing, and access to town. We loved the hot tubs, which are surrounded by wildflowers and Aspen trees, they were very clean and convenient to the rooms. We also appreciated that there was no charge to park and no resort fee. Will definitely be back.

We had an unbelievable time w/ our High School Cross Country Team staying at The Breckenridge Boutique Hotel! We rented out the entire hotel w/ more than 20 students and chaperones. The quality of rooms, proximity to downtown and trails and recreation, and the ease of service with friendly, helpful staff helped make our trip amazing for everyone involved. Strongly recommend for families, groups, and teams!

We took a high school boys cross country team on a trip to Breckenridge and stayed at the Boutique Hotel. Along with the girls program, the hotel easily accommodated our large group of 24 in the nine rooms. We had access to the kitchen, which was very convenient during our stay. The hotel's common area, decks, and hot tubs were spaces that were perfect for our teams to hang out and enjoy the views. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops in the downtown area. Additionally, we were 10-15 minutes away from amazing trails in the area. I'd recommend the Breckenridge Boutique Hotel to any large groups.

So happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at BBH! We agree that its an amazing spot for groups, retreats, family reunions or any other small/medium sized gatherings! Hope you get to explore more of the local trails right out the door during your next visit! ***PSA - Just want to point out that kitchen access is only available to groups that reserve the entire hotel.*** Thank you, Brett!

After reading all the wondeful reviews we decided to stay here last week. When we arrived it was a hot day in Breck and to my shock they had no A/C in the rooms. They did have fans but it blew hot air. It was to HOT to stay in the room, so we had to book a room at another hotel up the road. The woman on site apoligized and gave us some of our money back and told us the manager was on a rafting trip and will contact us the next day to give us back the rest. I have e-mailed them twice this week and no response. My advice is to only stay here in the winter. Plenty of hotels with A/C that are much closer to downtown.
