About this venue
Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Whatever your style, with over 140 pieces of decor, if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.

Amazing Venue
I only have good things to say about the team at The Boylston Rooms. They were incredibly helpful and gave us some tips in regards to planning everything out. They took care of everything and that definitely helped the stress of planning, along with day of. The venue space itself is beautiful and my guests had nothing but compliments.
Perfect place and people
If you're like me that didn't know what to do and how to start planning your wedding especially if you just have 3 months to do everything PLEASE don't waste your time anymore, The Boylston Rooms have everything you need and more with an AMAZING price. I got there knowing nothing and they guide me through everything step and assume that everything would be okay and they kept their words, my wedding run smoothly and so fast and my fiance and I didn't have to worry about anything. Myles was my wedding planner and the person who stood with me till the end, and Erin was so amazing since the first meeting to know the place and make sure to not go above our bucket.
Awesome staff, gorgeous venue, best day ever!
The Boylston Rooms staff are THE people you want in your corner leading up to and on the day of your wedding. They were always accessible to answer questions we had along the wedding planning process and even took on a few DIY projects we threw their way to make sure the day of was picture perfect. We had the pleasure of having Myles and Erin for our big day and it meant a lot to us that they weren't solely focused on the wedding party but also accessible to our guests and added to their experience as well. They we instrumental in helping us prioritize and efficiently allocate our time and resources so that we just had to show up, get married, and party! As far as the venue itself, photos don't do it justice. I loved the history behind the building and having the different spaces made it feel like we didn't have to compromise. We went with minimal decor so that it would highlight the natural beauty of the building since that was one of the reasons we chose this venue. Working with Myer's Catering was also a fantastic experience. They were accommodating to our non-traditional requests, communicative, transparent with pricing, and service went off with out a single hiccup. Oh, and the food was absolutely delicious! We were cost conscious when choosing vendors and in the end we went over budget, but looking back on how perfect our day was, it was all worth every penny. The Boylston Rooms provide a level of service that you simply can't find elsewhere. Fantastic Venue
We cannot say enough about how great the Boylston Rooms is! Myles, Erin and staff were helpful, accommodating, and were there whenever we needed them. We put everything together in 4 months and the night couldn't have gone smoother. Guests are continuing to compliment the food from Myers Catering, the venue and overall night. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get married in Western Mass!
