    We just hosted an event at Summer House. What a joy to hear the laughter and see the smiles. The event space is perfect for both a mix and mingle as well as formal and the rooftop is such a bonus! Elizabeth, our venue coordinator, knocked it out the park from our initial meeting to hands on at the event. I highly recommend you consider Summer House for your event.

    Summer House exceeded every expectation for my 65th birthday celebration, which turned out to be a surprise wedding. From the first planning conversation through the event itself, everything Elizabeth and her team promised was delivered exactly as described, with no gaps between expectation and execution. What stood out most was how much weight they took off our shoulders. Catering, flowers, and cake delivery were all coordinated seamlessly by the venue, which meant we could focus on the people in the room rather than logistics. That kind of follow-through is rare, and it made the entire weekend feel effortless on our end even though a great deal was happening behind the scenes. Elizabeth’s attention to detail and her team’s professionalism were evident throughout. I would recommend Summer House without reservation to anyone planning a milestone event in Fernandina Beach. Yes, we do have on-site parking, as well as public parking across the street and around the building on the street.
Depending on the package you choose, your reservation can include three, five, or eight hours from start to finish, including the time it takes to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $250 per hour.
In the event of a cancellation, all payments made to-date are non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of the event. To receive a refund, minus the non-fundable 10% service charge, the reservation must be cancelled, more than 61 days prior to the event date. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change or cancel a reservation. All cancellations or reservation changes must be made in writing. The guest is responsible for verifying that Summer House Venue have received their cancellation letter.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have an elevator, and 3 ADA accessible restrooms.
