    I had the pleasure of performing at a wedding welcome party at Summer House Venue Collection in downtown Fernandina, FL this past Friday, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! Elizabeth Ambrose, the Venue Coordinator, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was friendly, accommodating, and made everything easy from start to finish. The entire event went seamlessly, the venue looked fantastic, and everyone had a great time! As a musician who performs at a lot of events, I really appreciate working with people who make the experience enjoyable for everyone involved. Elizabeth and the team at Summer House did just that. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a special event!

    We just had our wedding at Summer House and it was incredible. Elizabeth, our coordinator, made the process extremely smooth and helped every step of the way from timeline, set up, and breakdown. The venue is beautiful and was very easy to access with on street parking. They also genuinely love to host and you can tell in the way they interact with the guests and family helping during the event as well. 10/10 experience and wouldn’t have wanted another venue for such a special day!

    I’m the owner of FAB Pilates and put together a Pilates pop-up with purpose! Not only is this venue, beautiful inside and out but the vendor coordinator, Elizabeth, was outstanding. She is very kind, quick to respond, and has an eye for detail. I enjoyed working with her to put together a pink Pilates event for breast cancer awareness. I love my experience working with Summer House, and look forward to many more future events. Highly recommend!

    Wonderful experience! Elizabeth gave us a tour before our event and was so helpful! We hosted our wedding after party here and it was a great time! Elizabeth was amazing and helped with the hot dog table we set up, which she didn’t have to but it was truly appreciated! She made sure the music was going and everyone had a nice time! The space is awesome! We didn’t get the chair package and it was still plenty of seating! Amazing time! Would recommend

Yes, we do have on-site parking, as well as public parking across the street and around the building on the street.
Depending on the package you choose, your reservation can include three, five, or eight hours from start to finish, including the time it takes to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $250 per hour.
In the event of a cancellation, all payments made to-date are non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of the event. To receive a refund, minus the non-fundable 10% service charge, the reservation must be cancelled, more than 61 days prior to the event date. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change or cancel a reservation. All cancellations or reservation changes must be made in writing. The guest is responsible for verifying that Summer House Venue have received their cancellation letter.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have an elevator, and 3 ADA accessible restrooms.
