We can accommodate up to 300 guests, dependent on floorplan and room. We have 3 indoor locations (The Lounge, The Grill Room & The Main Dining Room ), and 2 outdoor locations (The Grill Room Patio & The Pool Patio).
We have 60" rounds that fit 8-10 people, 72" rounds that fit 10-12 people, 4ft halfmoon sweetheart table for 2, and 6ft or 8ft rectangular tables.
Yes, you are welcome to arrive as early as 9AM. You are welcome to drop off items prior with advance notice and approval.
We are closed for dinner service to our members, so the entirety of the Clubhouse will be yours. We do not take more than one event an evening.
No! Our servers will take orders the night of. We're also more than happy to accommodate dietary restrictions for certain guests with notice.
We do not offer valet in house, however we're more than happy to schedule this for you. This will simply be included in your final invoice as billed.
We recommend hotels in the Downtown Stamford area. We highly recommend booking a bussing company for end of night transportation, as it can be difficult to find an Uber past 12AM in this area.
No, we only offer one top shelf bar package, as we do not typically carry anything less for our members. If there's something specific that you'd like, we'd be more than happy to try to get it.
The rental of banquet chairs will likely be required. Rockrimmon's dining chairs are much too large to fit the necessary 8-12 people to a table. Food or beverage consumed prior to the ceremony start time is not included in price. Staff gratuity is not included in price.
