About this venue

Having your wedding at Proud Mary's is like taking a vacation without the travel expense or travel hassles. Our harbor view, Jimmy Buffett atmosphere, and tasty food will help you achieve that island escape feeling. Proud Mary's has been in business for 35 years as a breakfast and lunch destination. After a recent patio rebuild, we are now a sought out site for special evening events.

Our Dana Point Harbor waterfront venue will be exclusively yours for private events after 3:30 pm, 7 days a week. Whether it is a casual business meeting, family celebration, or romantic get-away you desire, Proud Mary’s is available for rent for private late afternoon or evening events. Our patio, equipped with a retractable roof, sliding windows, and overhead infrared heaters, offers a unique alternative to the standard banquet room.

Patio-style dining room with a motorized louvered roof, individual overhead infrared heaters, and sliding glass windows (seats 70-90).
