“Planning a COVID wedding was extremely stressful to say the least. But I’m so glad I hired Beloved Events Co because I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. I had to reschedule my wedding two times due to COVID changing our original plans and by the third time, I just wanted to give up. My original coordinator decided she was unable to continue with my wedding due to growing concerns of safety due to COVID, (which was totally understandable!) BUT with less than a month left to the wedding, I was panicking to find someone to help. I was lucky that Angie was available on such short notice. I originally hired Beloved Events Co just for florals but after hearing about my dilemma, Angie offered her services and I was so grateful to have her. As soon as Angie stepped in as my coordinator, everything started to flow SO SMOOTHLY! During the few weeks before my wedding, she took care of communications between the other vendors, was always keeping me in the loop, and managed our timeline and all the other small details. Communications may not seem like such a big deal, but when you’re working a 9-5 job and you can’t be readily available to plan every small detail with every single vendor, then having someone take care of all the communications suddenly becomes a HUGE deal. It seriously made me wonder why I hadn’t hired Angie sooner!!! I would have been a much less stressed-out bride. The wedding was flawless thanks to Angie and she did an amazing job bringing my dream florals to life.
