Hi, I'm Cynthia! A mom to two wonderful girls and the owner and lead-designer behind Hadley and Ren. Hadley and Ren is a passion of mine finally coming to life. Creating Hadley and Ren was a drive to become a hero to my girls, someone they can be proud of. It allows me to spend more time doing what I love and with the ones I love. It also supports my passion for sharing everlasting memories through floral design. As someone who has experienced painful loss, I know how important it is to make the memories we can today. I believe in the beauty of life and the treasure trove of memories we make daily.

Memories are what brings us joy and sustain us through this journey of life. They are what define us, whether those memories are happy ones or not. The right floral design can make those memories last a lifetime. Our pieces are a unique blend of all floral mediums (fresh, dried, preserved, silks). We create pieces to match each individual’s circumstances. They are timeless in their simplicity and style yet trendy. You’ll always have something in your home or event that’s beautifully crafted to keep your memories alive or to help create new ones.

    Amazing experience

    Choosing our florist was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, the experience felt so collaborative and thoughtful. One of my favorite parts of the process was the vision deck Kayley created for us. Seeing our inspiration, color palette, floral selections, and overall design come together before the wedding gave us so much confidence that they truly understood what we were envisioning. It was incredibly detailed and made us even more excited for the big day. When we arrived at the venue, we were absolutely blown away. Every floral arrangement was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Everything felt intentional, elegant, and perfectly balanced, complementing both the venue and the overall aesthetic we had dreamed of. It honestly felt like our Pinterest board had come to life. Beyond their incredible talent, they were an absolute joy to work with. They were responsive, organized, professional, and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. Throughout the entire planning process, we felt heard and trusted that everything would be taken care of - and they exceeded every expectation. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the flowers, and they continue to be one of our favorite details every time we look back at our wedding photos. If you’re looking for a florist who is not only exceptionally talented but also thoughtful, creative, and invested in your vision, I cannot recommend them enough.     I could not recommend them enough!

    Hiring Hadley and Ren for our florals and day-of coordination was the best decision we made! Kayley took my Pinterest board and vibe, asked great questions to understand my likes and dislike, and used her creative freedom to make the most beautiful arrangements and bouquets. She even created a mock up of our table florals for us at our meeting with Tiffany! On the day of, Tiffany, Hannah, and Mia kept everything perfectly on schedule. I didn't feel a single ounce of stress because I trusted them to get the job done. Thank you, Hannah, for keep me hydrated and making sure I was ok throughout the day! Hadley and Ren team were both highly responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and so kind. We are so grateful for them!

    Grateful for the best florists and planner!

    Hadley and Ren were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding flowers. From the first time we reached out, their communication was fast, responsive, and incredibly helpful, instantly putting us at ease during the stressful planning process. They have a stunning sense of aesthetics and the flowers they created for our ceremony and reception were truly breathtaking. We gave them very little direction and they still managed to deliver a floral design that perfectly captured the look and feel we were going for. Beyond just the flowers, their day-of coordinator Angela was also an absolute lifesaver, going above and beyond to help with various out-of-scope items and keeping the entire day running smoothly and drama-free. We are so grateful to Hadley and Ren, and their team for helping to make our wedding day so special.

    AMAZING! TALENTED! SWEET!

    So thankful to have found Cynthia on Instagram. She is not only amazingly talented but kind hearted. Planning a wedding can be super stressful so finding vendors who make their interactions kind and seamless has been so important to me. She honestly feels like a friend. Besides marrying my best friend, I am most excited for the flowers and know she is going to bring my dreams to life. 1 million percent recommend.

    Best Florist I Know!!

    Cynthia of Hadley and Ren is the best florist to work with! Not only are her arrangements ALWAYS incredible, but she’s such a sweet soul to work with. She listens to your needs and asks the rights questions to bring your vision to life and puts all of her heart into it! Highly recommend for any event/wedding/party/etc
