With a rich history that predates the American Revolution, our rustic venue provides scenic views in every direction, from the flagstone terrace and carefully manicured gardens to the towering trees and lush, green lawns. Our guests happily leave the clamor of city life behind to arrive at our sprawling, 173-acre property, which boasts a particular class of style and charm. Situated under a canopy of elm trees are the Poplar Springs Manor and the renown Poplar Spring Spa. You can experience a stunning event with beautiful accommodations and relaxing spa treatments all on one perfect Estate.

This Venue is nestled on 173 acres of picturesque scenery, quietly tucked away in the heart of wine country. Couples and guests alike are sure to be charmed by this romantic property from the moment they step foot into the sprawling estate. This venue also has a 22 room Inn and Spa on property.

Amazing Venue!
Poplar Springs Manor was the perfect choice for our wedding. On the day of the event, the staff’s attentiveness ensured every detail was attended to, allowing us to simply enjoy the gorgeous, stately, and warmly elegant setting. The venue itself is extraordinarily beautiful, and the food was beyond amazing - our guests are still raving about it weeks later. We are so grateful to the team at Poplar Springs Manor for helping to make our special day truly unforgettable.
Found a Gem of a Venue in Poplar Springs!
We just toured and booked Poplar Springs and we can't wait to have our event! Rob from Poplar Springs was really informative and spent a lot of time explaining the venue, the process, pricing. He was great! We were already sold when we saw the venue.
BEWARE
BEWARE - We got married at Poplar Springs Manor exactly one month ago, on December 6th 2025. The venue itself is beautiful and the day went without any issues for the most part. As we were boarding our flight for our honeymoon two days later, we got an email from Poplar Springs informing us that the hardwood floors had been scratched and that they would be getting an estimate on how much it would cost to repair before they could let us know how much of our 1,000 damage deposit we would get back. A few weeks later, Poplar Springs informed us that we would owe 35,000 to repair the scratches in the floor (which is more than we paid for our entire wedding). We are not wealthy and this is not the kind of money we have laying around for unexpected expenses, especially while starting our lives together and trying to save to buy our first house. I personally do not understand how they could think this is a reasonable course of action and how they would not have their own insurance to cover such types of damage, considering they are an event venue. It feels as though they wanted to refinish the floors of the entire venue rather than fix one scratch and are looking to outsource the cost. We are preparing to get a lawyer to fight these expenses, which in itself is expensive with legal fees and such. I am incredibly disappointed that this is how our experience with Poplar Springs has turned out, and is casting such a negative cloud over our wedding only one month later. I would heavily caution any couple considering any of The Manors venues to take this into consideration before booking this for your special day and avoid the pain we are now going through.
Hidden Gem with Amazing Features
Best tour we ever had! We must have at least 10 venues and Poplar Springs Manor was the one!! So scenic, charming, and huge! We booked it immediately. A special thank you to Rob for helping make this easy. He's awesome!
