Founded in 1921, Pinecrest Country Club is East Texas's oldest club. Nestled amongst tall pines and majestic oak trees, Pinecrest is where family and friends gather to celebrate life's special occasions. Whether you are looking for an intimate, small outdoor wedding ceremony and reception, private party room or a luxurious ballroom - Pinecrest hosts weddings up to 250 seated and 325 with action stations. Our staff is prepared to help you every step of the way with personalized and courteous attention to your unique interests. We love making dreams come true! Perfect Venue For A Bridal Shower And Rehearsal Dinner Our stunning Ballroom, that can accommodate up to 275 seated, can be divided to accommodate more intimate numbers and our Oak Room, which overlooks the pool and a large majestic oak tree, can accommodate up to 80 guests while our Founders Room seats 50 guests. We have the space for you!

Included in this room:

-Hardwood Dance Floor -Dimmable lights and beautiful chandeliers -Seats up to 250 -Able to hold up to 325 people standing -A/V Equipment available: microphone, screen and projector, stage, speakers with Bluetooth capability -Room Rental includes tables and chairs for up to 250 people, as well as black, white, or ivory standard linen tablecloths and napkins. You may provide/rent your own if you prefer, or we can handle the rental for you with a local company.

Room cost

Rental price starts at $350.00 for Ballroom 1 only, which can seat up to 96 people. The Ballroom consists of 3 connected ballrooms total. Rental price for entire Ballroom is $800.00.
