About this venue

We’re a husband-and-wife team who believes planning an event should feel exciting, joyful, and stress-free. Guests often say it “feels like family” here — because this is more than a venue, it’s our home. Since building in the late ’80s, we’ve shaped our orchard into a welcoming space with sweeping views of Folsom Lake, the Sacramento Valley, and the Sierra foothills, including Pilot Hill, Granite Bay, and Auburn. On clear days, you can even see Mt. Diablo in the Bay Area.

The Grounds

Private pear orchard venue with ample parking, stunning views, and magical evening lighting.

Secluded pear orchard with paved off-street parking for up to 50 cars and designated vendor parking. Landscaped over 30 years, the property features multiple photo spots, sweeping views of Folsom Lake and surrounding hills, mature shade trees, covered decks and patios. String lights and a dance floor create a perfect evening ambiance. Paved parking for vendors and honored guests plus orchard parking available.

Relax as you prepare in a private room and courtyard

Three spacious rooms (king and two queen) with private entrances, offering pool or courtyard views. The rooms share a full bath with double sinks, tub, and shower. Shared amenities include a coffee/tea bar, mini fridge, microwave, and patio furniture. Linens, towels, and toiletries provided. Fully air-conditioned for your comfort.

Max capacity: 2 adults overnight, up to 4 adult visitors.

A night under the stars

Hello Fellow Campers — $10/campsite Enjoy a quiet overnight on the lawn in the orchard—set up your tent and sleep under the stars. Porta-potty rental typically includes a lighted, air-conditioned unit with running water. All campers must vacate by 10 AM the next morning and remove all trash.
