The damage deposit for the Discovery Lodge is $500.00 and is due 30 days prior to your event.
Alcohol must be provided and served by a vendor on Burdette Park’s approved list, available on request. In addition, you need to hire a Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Deputy to be present the entire time alcohol is being served.
Check in time for the Discovery Lodge is 10am. Check out is midnight.
If the Discovery Lodge has not been reserved for the day prior to your event, you may gain access to the facility from noon-4pm to decorate.
You can choose whichever caterer best meets your needs!
Outdoor seating is available for up to 180 guests.
Yes. All vehicles must be picked up before 10am the following morning.
Rice, sparklers, and other pyrotechnics are prohibited. Bird seed and bubbles are preferred.
Open flame is prohibited. Please use flameless candles.
No, linens are not provided.
