Yes, in order for alcohol to be served at the Venue, you must have a licensed and insured Bartender and you have to purchase liability insurance.
Pets are handled on a case-by-case basis, and a pet deposit will be required if your pet is allowed.
Yes, the Parking lot is included with all packages. You can add a parking attendant to help direct guests for an additional fee.

Leave McGhee Tyson Airport following the signs for US-129 North (Alcoa Highway) toward Knoxville. Stay on US-129 North for about 11 miles. Take the exit for I-140 East (Pellissippi Parkway) toward Oak Ridge. Stay on I-140 East for about 9 miles. Merge onto I-75 North toward Lexington. Continue on I-75 North for about 26 miles. Take Exit 134 for TN-63 East toward Jacksboro/LaFollette. Turn right onto TN-63 East and continue for about 10 miles through Jacksboro and into LaFollette. Watch for Stevens Lane on your right (it's a small residential road). Turn right onto Stevens Lane. Continue to 185 Stevens Lane, which will be along the road.
