I recently hosted my shower at Modern Elegance Studios, and it was absolutely perfect! We had 65 guests, and the space accommodated everyone comfortably. I loved the dual setup—the cozy seating areas for mingling and the upper area for food and tables, which made the flow of the event seamless. We opted for upgraded décor through a rental company, and I’m so glad we did—it truly brought my vision to life and made it the shower of my dreams! The venue itself is modern, airy, and beautifully neutral, making it easy to customize and create the exact atmosphere I wanted. The entire experience was flawless, and I’ll definitely be renting this space again for future events!

The Ivory Room is ideal for intimate events including bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations, pop-ups, styled shoots, corporate gatherings, and curated workshops. With its open floor plan, the space can be tailored to suit a wide range of creative visions.

The Ivory Room comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests standing or 60 seated events and slightly more for cocktail-style setups. Layout flexibility allows for customized arrangements based on your event needs.

Venue rental includes access to the main open-concept space, rectangle tables, standard white folding chairs and use of our curated on-site décor inventory. We work closely with local rental companies to bring any vision to life! We will provide you with samples of linens and additional styles of chairs and tables, glassware, chargers and china if requested

Yes! We welcome outside vendors for catering, floral design, photography, etc. We’re also happy to provide a list of trusted preferred partners if you need recommendations. We do not offer food prep or service.

Absolutely. The Ivory Room is fully heated and air-conditioned to ensure guest comfort year-round.

All parking is street based but there is ample parking near our venue.

Yes, we charge a corkage fee of $10 per bottle for wine and liquor.

We do not have onsite parking but there is ample street parking outside!

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
