Mimosa Gardens blends southern charm with effortless elegance, offering couples a beautiful and versatile setting to celebrate their wedding day. Exchange vows in one of our outdoor ceremony spaces, celebrate inside our climate-controlled reception hall, or enjoy our covered pavilion for an open-air reception or stress free plan B ceremony option. Couples also have access to our climate-controlled Bloom House, extra large bridal suite, covered patio, bar, full reception area kitchen, and more. Mimosa Gardens includes farm tables, chairs, benches, and a ton of decor... making it easier to create a beautiful celebration without starting from scratch. With indoor, outdoor, and covered spaces all in one venue, Mimosa Gardens gives couples ample flexibility to create a wedding experience that is completely their own.

Our covered open-air pavilion offers the beauty of an outdoor ceremony or reception with the comfort and flexibility for weather. Framed by mature trees and featuring large timber beams, a charming pergola entrance, and plenty of room for guests, it creates a naturally beautiful backdrop for saying "I do" or mingling with your guests.

Ceremony Site + Bloom House
An outdoor garden ceremony setting centered around the gorgeous cedar Bloom House.
Our outdoor ceremony site offers a beautiful garden setting surrounded by mature trees and landscaping, with the Bloom House creating a distinctive backdrop. The climate-controlled Bloom House features a fireplace and provides an intimate indoor space just steps from the ceremony lawn. Together, the spaces offer couples the beauty of an outdoor ceremony with the convenience and comfort of an indoor space nearby.

Beautiful Venue!
A stunning Venue! There is nothing like it in Dayton! Beautiful Gardens around the property. You don’t even have to worry about decorating unless you want more! The Bridal Suite is stunning giving plenty of space to work and offers a shampoo bowl for those last minute shampoos which is a very unique add on that no where else locally offers!

A Planner's Perspective: Beautiful & Versatile
As a wedding planner and industry professional, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Mimosa Gardens and see the venue from a behind-the-scenes perspective. What stands out most is how much flexibility the property gives couples. Between the climate-controlled reception space, covered pavilion, outdoor ceremony areas, Bloom House, bridal suite, and beautiful grounds, there are so many options for creating a wedding that feels unique to each couple. From a planner’s perspective, I also appreciate the thought that has gone into the practical side of hosting an event here. Having multiple spaces, included tables and chairs, décor options, and a solid backup plan for unpredictable Texas weather makes a huge difference on a wedding day. The Mimosa Gardens team genuinely cares about their couples and is continually investing in the venue and the experience they provide. It’s a beautiful property with a lot to offer, and I’m excited to continue working alongside them.
