About this venue

Weddings nestled in a quiet corner of West Tisbury, the Ag Hall is the quintessential venue for your Island wedding. The Main Hall, made of vaulting post and beam construction, offers intimacy without crowding while also housing the Island’s best—and largest—dance floor. Slide open the central barn doors and the space is filled with the aura of surrounding trees and hayfield. A more intimate front hall complete with stone hearth can be staged to meet your whim. A commercial warming kitchen completes the package. The Martha’s Vineyard Agricultural Society’s Agricultural Hall and property is available for select weddings annually.

The Front Hall accommodates up to 310 guests for standing events, 221 guests for chair-only seating, and 100 guests for setup with tables and chairs.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.
Your booking includes setup the day before the ceremony and breakdown the day after. Additional time needs may be discussed.
Yes, you will need to get event insurance and provide a certificate.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances.
Yes, we can accomadate up to 80 cars in our front parking lot and 300 in the rear lots.
Our rental fee is for the raw venue. There are some very basic folding plastic tables, metal folding chairs, a projector, a PA system and a stage available by request at no extra fee.

Our property is located 5 miles from the Martha's Vineyard Airport and is an 8 minute drive.
