Located at the water's edge on City Dock in Annapolis Latitude 38 offers a unique variety of spaces. With our three levels you can enjoy a warm and scenic 3rd floor space, a lively open air feel on our 2nd floor enclosed deck or a mix and mingle gathering on our 1st floor bar a ice cream shoppe.

Experience breathtaking views of Annapolis City Dock, Ego Alley, and the scenic waterways that surround it.

This venue features a spacious area that can host a dance floor, along with a distinctive step-down room perfect for use as a food or bar area. It also includes a stage for speeches or performances. A remote bar is available for added convenience. Guests can enjoy private restrooms and a coat closet located just outside the room. This room was recently renovated in early 2025.

Downtown Annapolis has much to offer from the winter holidays to the summer months. Latitude 38 is always available for events throughout the year!
It can be chilly in the winter but the city is beautifully decorated. It is still a great time to have an event!
Our license does not allow for this but we offer a full bar on all three levels as well as package goods.
Latitude 38 has ample on-site parking directly in front as well as nearby parking garages.
Both of our 2nd and 3rd floor rooms have lift access from the 1st floor.
Our room rentals cover costs associated with cleaning, linen, banquet equipment, room partitions and much more.
All room rentals include 4 hours with additional hours being a prorate of the original fee.
Latitude 38 has a generous 72 hour 100% refundable cancelation policy. The best around!
